Training Disclaimer
Effective Date: March 7, 2026 · Last Updated: March 7, 2026
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY TRAINING RESOURCES PROVIDED BY SAFEOPSHUB.
1. Purpose of Training Resources
SafeOpsHub LLC ("SafeOpsHub," "we," "us," or "our") provides safety training resources, materials, guides, and educational content through its platform (collectively, "Training Resources"). These Training Resources are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are intended to supplement — not replace — formal workplace safety training programs required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other applicable regulatory agencies.
2. No Guarantee of OSHA Compliance
Completion of any training content, course, module, quiz, or program offered through SafeOpsHub does NOT constitute OSHA compliance and does NOT certify that you, your employees, or your organization meet any federal, state, or local regulatory requirements.
OSHA compliance requires adherence to specific regulatory standards, including but not limited to proper documentation, hands-on training components, competency evaluations, and ongoing refresher training as mandated by applicable OSHA standards (e.g., 29 CFR 1910, 29 CFR 1926).
3. OSHA Outreach Training Program
SafeOpsHub is NOT an OSHA-authorized Outreach Training Provider. The OSHA Outreach Training Program (including OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour courses) must be delivered by trainers who have been authorized by an OSHA Training Institute Education Center and who follow the OSHA Outreach Training Program guidelines.
Any training content provided by SafeOpsHub that references OSHA standards, regulations, or best practices is provided for general awareness and educational purposes only. Such content:
- Does NOT constitute an official OSHA Outreach Training course.
- Does NOT result in the issuance of an OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour completion card.
- Does NOT replace training required under specific OSHA standards.
- Should NOT be relied upon as the sole source of safety training for any workplace hazard.
For information about authorized OSHA Outreach Training Providers, visit www.osha.gov/training/outreach.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, employers bear the primary responsibility for providing a safe and healthful workplace for their employees. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive workplace safety programs that comply with all applicable OSHA standards and regulations.
- Providing employees with training that is specific to the hazards present in their workplace, delivered by qualified instructors.
- Ensuring that all training meets the content, frequency, and documentation requirements specified by applicable OSHA standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of all training activities, including dates, topics covered, trainer qualifications, and employee attendance.
- Conducting regular assessments to verify that employees have understood and can apply the training they have received.
- Providing refresher training as required by regulation or when workplace conditions change.
SafeOpsHub's Training Resources are designed to assist employers in meeting these obligations but do not relieve employers of their independent duty to comply with all applicable safety regulations.
5. Accuracy of Training Content
SafeOpsHub makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Training Resources are accurate, current, and consistent with applicable OSHA standards at the time of publication. However:
- OSHA standards and regulatory requirements are subject to change. SafeOpsHub does not guarantee that Training Resources reflect the most current version of any regulation.
- Training Resources may contain general information that does not address the specific hazards, conditions, or requirements of your particular workplace.
- AI-generated training summaries, recommendations, or assessments are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or omissions.
Users should always verify training content against the most current version of applicable OSHA standards, available at www.osha.gov.
6. Limitation of Liability
SAFEOPSHUB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY TRAINING RESOURCES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Workplace accidents, injuries, illnesses, or fatalities;
- OSHA citations, fines, penalties, or enforcement actions;
- Failure to meet regulatory training requirements;
- Business losses, operational disruptions, or reputational harm;
- Reliance on training content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF SAFEOPSHUB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL TRAINING RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. SAFEOPSHUB SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO TRAINING RESOURCES.
